She may have been a late-comer on Season 8 of Australia’s top-rating smash-hit reality TV show Married At First Sight (2021) in her quest to find love, but armed with her bright and bubbly persona Kerry Knight fast found herself elevated to fan favourite notoriety across the nation. Perfectly matched with fellow contestant Johnny Balbuziente, it’s no surprise ratings sky-rocketed as a result of their pairing, with audiences eagerly following their matrimonial journey both on the box and beyond. Today, while proven to be lucky with love, Kerry is more than just a blushing bride…and she’s got the skills to back her up!
With her positive outlook and determined mindset, not to mention a university degree in occupational therapy, Kerry prides herself on her work with individuals and groups to achieve optimal health, wellbeing and quality of life. Kerry is currently working for a large global mining company, as part of an innovative team, to help make the industry safer and more inclusive for a diverse workforce.
Kerry is a passionate advocate for mental health, especially for men, as she believes more can be done to help people breakdown the stigma attached to accessing quality care and support.
Kerry is an avid sports fan (AFL in particular – she’s a one eyed Port Adelaide supporter) and has a goal to partner with organisations to assist high-profile sporting teams and sportspeople to better prepare and be more equipped for their transition to life post professional playing careers. With such a mixed bag of wide-ranging capabilities, credentials and causes, it’s allowed Kerry to confidently crossover into high-calibre content creation and digital influencing. Whether it’s fashion, fitness, food, lifestyle, travel or health and welfare issues, Kerry’s successfully aligned herself with some of Australia’s best and most loved brands. What’s more, she’s also a self-confessed beer buff!
